Pros

-Good Benefits -Decent pay That’s it

Cons

-Micromanaged -Bad work/life balance -Expected to work long hours in order to achieve the “mission” in very large assignments. -Anheuser has apparently brought their bad culture over to JUUL within the sales force. -No coaching, only criticizing. - Plenty of bad managers. - Calling on Independent stores with little to no opportunity. - Fly by the seat of their pants because they are a “growing” company.

Pros

Learning from a dynamic company and working in a polarizing industry.

Cons

- Lack of central alignment, groups run like mini entities - Seems like no solid strategy to combat the FDA - No coaching for managers, beware if you get a bad one that can’t manage a team well - Toxic culture and environment - People seem to have a sense of arrogance and entitlement for no good reason

Pros

- diverse group of employees - smokers happy to have alternative products - was* once flush with cash - benefits are equal to any mid level company in the bay area

Cons

- currently under a hiring freeze and layoffs due to mismanagement at multiple levels across the company - definitely contributed to the youth vaping epidemic and the old CEO was fired - no clear direction and path to FDA approval murky at best - company is now actively being managed by a big tobacco company - company is under criminal investigation from federal and state agencies - No work life balance - No culture to speak of - Company thinks it is tech, but really it is a tobacco company - som epeople think the compensation is high, but it is not if you calculate the hourly rate - No funding for creative work - No funding for equipment - RSUs are worthless - Hard times are coming
