Pros

Been working at Rastall for many years. Never need to worry about being let go for lack of work. The company is constantly growing. Management continues to look for ways to involve all employees. Employee BBQ's and events. Owner always adding new trucks and other equipment. A lot of OT available if you want it.

Cons

I would say the only con is that the company has a hard time finding good hard workers. But I guess that can be said about a lot of places these days.

Pros

Not difficult to keep busy, weekly pay, coworkers are friendly

Cons

If leaving zero stars was an option, I would do that. Managers have no business managing, lack of people skills. There's a lot of favoritism and camaraderie. The working conditions were difficult to adjust to. They added another floor to the building during office hours so there was a lot of noise to deal with. As well as they did that in the middle of winter.
