Makes pretty much anywhere else you could go after there seem fantastic by comparison. They will throw (away) money at projects, particularly when there are vendor perks involved.

Cons

Little in the way of technical talent, lots in the way of political wrangling and back stabbing. To those in the know K&L never had a positive reputation as far as IT's workings went and as a place to work and rightfully so. Amazingly the IT management team brought two years ago managed to have taken things down a couple of notches further. Overpromise, under deliver, deflect, distract and toss away yet more money.
