Poor management at all levels; behavior is rewarded not addressed. Diversity is non existent - firm essentially run by a bunch of rich white dudes Treat staff poorly. Compensation structure lacks transparency Benefits are expensive Worked people to the bone only to eliminate their jobs

Good location and nice people to work with.

Low pay; leave accrued; limited holidays and vacation; one week recently taken away; no bonuses; no overtime; raises several years apart and very small; secretarial pools that only include a few; secretaries micro-managed and tightly controlled; low morale; paid on 7th and 22nd of month; firm too large and carrying weight of unproductive offices.
