      Pros

      I work with great colleagues. We collaborate well. Working from home is a benefit. Works supplies are given. Tech help is superb.

      Cons

      Leadership can be unapproachable. I don't know who to go to with issues with the company in general. Very little room for growth. Pay is not competitive.

      Pros

      Working for K12 allowed me to work from home.

      Cons

      The pay is substantially below other online teaching positions, and there is little flexibility. The job requirements are too high to be able to be completed, so there is low morale and (at least when I left) little trust in leadership above the school level.
