Pros
I loved my time at K12, it was a wonderful experience, but the company has completely changed once the founders left the company.
Cons
The culture is non-existent, the product is shaky, management does not care about people, the company itself is not doing well. I would warn anyone thinking of taking a job with K12 in its current state, it would be like buying a ticket on the Titanic.
