Extreme student load Spread out over multiple grade levels This is run like a corporation/business and not an education system.

Toxic Culture compounded by poor leadership and ethics

The teams that do the work are incredible, there is a hidden rule of we will figure it out together as leadership doesn’t provide the resources necessary for success.

Cons

The culture is cut-throat, toxic and abusive. Low pay based on industry standards coupled with a lack of follow through and resources compound the challenge for success
