Horrendous pay for essentially performing a 3 person job. The worst case of a toxic work environment that I've ever witnessed. Inconsistent training with little to do guidance. If you like to be picked on, talked down to, belittled and stressed, this is the place for you

The new elementary principal has created a toxic work environment. Constant disrespect from the principal towards teachers has created a hostile work environment that has halted whole school collaboration and dismembered the solid team we were in previous years. Teachers are expected to work 8-5, Monday thru Friday. Therefore, we work significantly longer hours than brick and mortar teachers but do not receive additional compensation or benefits for doing so.
