      Pros

      Puts resources into it's curriculum - great virtual platform for students. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Good paid time off program, especially for teachers.

      Cons

      Teacher salaries are low. 401K match is almost non-existent. They struggle with employee morale. While proper resources have been placed on curriculum, K12 has failed to put resources into other operations, i.e. effective HR and payroll systems.

      Pros

      None that I'm aware of.

      Cons

      Probably the most disorganized company I've ever worked for. There are no org charts, procedures, processes and everything is done last minute. The turnover rate is extremely high. There are no apparent leadership skills exhibited by management just expectations of what's needed.

      Pros

      The benefits are decent. I enjoyed my job. I enjoyed working with my co-workers. Extensive overtime was offered during the busy season.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals. Disrespect employees. Quantity was the main focus instead of quality. Did not provide employees with the tools necessary to complete the tasks required.
