Working from home and can work in your Pjs all day. Medical and Dental Insurance is good.

Cons

Average No. of students = 200. Depending on the school you may or may NOT have flexibility with your schedule. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work.

A job is about it.

Cons

Upper management does not listen to staff or care. Work is completely inequitable and management, with the exception of a few, are inept at managing their staff (head in the sand situation?) Lousy benefits and merit increases. Unrealistic work/life balance. If looking look elsewhere.
