      Close to home. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional leadership that do not listen to their employees. My guess is the new leadership team is here to bleed the company for as much cash as they can and move onto another company.

      Pros

      Using my background in Operations while being involved in education is what I live about working for K12. The option to occasionally work from home is also a major plus.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons in my experiences with K2.

      Good colleagues, good overall mission

      Cons

      No meritocracy, promotion is given to people who are in the "in" circle with management. Everyone there seems to be so busy managing to their own supervisors that they don't have time to look at employees or worry about their career or growth path. Extremely "cover your back" culture...
