Pros

Company compensates employees well with unlimited over time and a tier structure based off performance. Staff is wonderful. I have worked at multiple call centers and k12 is nothing like the other ones. Supervisors try and help you be successful as possible.

Cons

There isn't much of a balance between work and your personal life if you work a late shift. There is also no way to change those shifts.
