      K12 is a company with a fantastic mission, a solid employee base but is going through growing pains.

      Pros

      For someone who's not an educator it's extremely rewarding to be able to contribute to the education of our youth. The employee base is very well tenured, knowledgeable and hard working.

      Cons

      With the recent changes at the executive level the company has lost sight of it's long term vision and purpose in response to short term market concerns.

      Cons

      Some changes to the executive management seem positive but only time will tell. Some people seem more focused on claiming credit over collaboration. Quality of work-life really depends on your manager.
