      Pros

      Bonuses depend on how hard you work. During the summer it is very busy and the company does a lot for the employees (BBQs, team activities, etc)

      Cons

      Very strict when it comes to your schedule. You must clock in at a certain time, take breaks at a certain time. Promotion is based on tenure although managers/supervisors will not outright say so. It's very easy to get discouraged with your career here.
