Flexible, care about having a family. Give you temp for maternity leave. Have lactation rooms.

No communication with management. Terrible training. No direction

Unlimited over time. Clean well maintained office. Lots of paid time off once accrued. Management has personality but professional when needed. Bonuses paid based on yoir own performance.

Cons

Although you can bonus the amount is on the lower side. Training could be longer. Policies are not always consistent.
