Pros

Good management teams, competitive salaries, work remotely. The company is growing and I see a real effort on the part of management to control the growth, put resources where they will have the most impact, and genuinely try to understand and appreciate each employee's contribution.

Cons

Initial training lacking...had to train self...actual training protocol being developed now.

Loved the corporate mission and spirit of collaboration. Everyone there seems genuinely committed to providing excellent education to underserved students.

My boss was very short sighted, and in a company that grew quickly, old friendships can trump smart business decisions
