K12 has lots of areas for employees growth and professional development. Additionally, there are so many different divisions within K12, that the opportunities are countless.

Cons

K12 has experienced a significant number of changes in the past couple of years. They are not necessarily bad changes, but there have been many key executive changes. Change is never easy.
