pays the bills - some flexibility

Cons

no raises, lousy benefits - no upper management leadership. everyone is looking out for themselves and there is no teamwork. People just work there for the $, which is not much. Not a good place to work at all - lots and lots of turn over after less than a yr

Helping families who desperately need an alternative to their local schools due to circumstances beyond their control. Seeing the results when non traditional students find a place to excel.

Cons

Inadequate management, teachers should teach, not run a business(school). Pigeon hole your employees under the guise "they are too good to be replaced"; goes back to poor management.
