      I was able to stay home

      The pay is lousy; you do not have free time like you think you will; the upper management only cares about themselves and NOT you; the student is always right, not the teacher; the schedule is always changing; the benefits are bad; they have taken away partial day PTO; The company does not care about you. You can make suggestions or complaints but they are ignored. When they do give you the chance "to speak", it is a rating system, bad questions and no where to actually voice your opinion.
