      You get to teach and work from home. It's a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Hard to connect to students at times, but we do have in-person events that help bridge the gap.

      Felt very alone, and uninformed on anything going on. Constantly dealing with changes in administration and counselors due to people quitting. They recently over hired based on “projections”, then 3 months in laid everyone off, since projections weren’t met. Now I can’t find a new job since the year already started. Admin often seemed lost and didn’t really know themselves what was going on. Seemed like a Mickey Mouse operation from start to finish. I had high hopes for this company.
