Working from home, diverse students, ability to alter curriculum. Pay scale that reflects your state teacher pay scale. Good benefits!

Cons

a LOT of busy work, reports that don't work correctly that you're responsible for fixing and documenting. This is NOT a normal teaching job - be prepared to spend a lot of extra hours. Zero opportunity for advancement.
