Pros

remote or hybrid work for many employees.

Cons

Management is constantly switching things around. Many people lose their jobs on a regular basis. Most people have no previous work experience.

Pros

Great work environment, lenient and great at teaching as long as your willing to work and come in on time. The whole team is very collaborative and kind.

Cons

Pay is alright but serviceable for a new IT career. Limited on remote work unless you have a reason you cant come in (car broke down, Sick, etc.)

When I applied they had remote options

Cons

Leadership sucks. When they hired me they said I could work a specific schedule but backed out after I was done with training. Pay sucks. $16 for remote $18 for in person. I hear they don't don't allow remote employees anymore. The job itself is okay but I'd reccomend looking at a different company.
