K3 are working within an exciting and interesting market. They have the potential to be a great technology provider and employer.

Cons

The culture is led by very poor management who are focused on numbers and not people. They have no company values and little diversity in terms of senior roles. This business is run by baby boomers with little or no idea about diversity.

Great projects, local and international, good team, options to self-teach, if there is time available. Good understanding of superiors.

Cons

Lots of travel can be stressful, self booking hotels, travel tickets, takes too much time, projects can be rolling with high paced tempo.

The welfare of staff is paramount for the business If you work hard you are well rewarded. The management style let’s you get on with the job you are paid to do. Great social life if you wish to be involved

Cons

The geography of the customer base means that you need to travel long distances and often spend time away from home. There are perhaps too many managers and the business has in the past tried to be more corporate, which it really doesn’t need to be.
