Fast pace and dynamic environment which allows you to gain new skills, in the short-medium term

Cons

Low management level, salary below the market rates, lack of organisation in the professional services area. Low quality of the overall deliveries. A high percentage of lost customers, low customer retention. No training allowed due both to lack of activities planning and to the high utilization rate required,

Management too focused on revenue not the people. Too many process, most of which are not necessary. Every decision made comes via senior management. You aren't allowed to make even basic ones. Too many cons.
