Pros

Great Benefits, Great people, They really want to see you grow as a person, and advance in your career.

Cons

The PTO is not that great. You cant work remotely from home which is very old school, It should be considered by the company in the future.

Pros

Benefits, Co-Workers, Stability, Work Environment. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Work Load was a little weighted, company motto is do less with more. This works well for them, but work loads are definitely heavy. Not a reason to not consider working here.

Great benefit and days off. The boss is very understanding. Good hours and even snow days off working at home. Good luck

Cons

Hard to be promoted. Not free parking in all the locations.
