      Pros

      Interesting work. Never felt left alone even though I was the only employee of my company at the hospital. Plenty of support with equipment/people. Floating supervisors willing to come by and help with any problems.

      Cons

      Can be a little too much down time/busy work. Have to adapt to the surgical environment quickly. Work environment depends on the hospital you are hired for. (Differs for each)

      The potential for growth is high. There are always new positions opening up as the company keeps growing

      Cons

      Hard to let go of people who are not optimal performers so co-workers end up giving 150% while the other person gives a mere 50%. Most job opportunities on the East Coast are physically demanding so you can get burnt out easily and quickly
