      Benefits package, but isn’t that what we go to work for?

      Poor management that don’t listen and if you disagree you are branded as a trouble maker. Higher management surround themselves with yes men and women. No room for advancement unless you are in the clique. High expectation that you will work unpaid out of hours overtime.
