The pay is decent and the building is eco-friendly.
Cons
Super rigid and felt like a factory worker most of the time. This is an extremely conservative company and most people only stay because the pay is decent. But there's no room for flexibility, self-expression or anything that makes you feel like a human. You just clock in, do your job and clock out.
