      - Company looks good on a resume - Their products are high quality

      Cons

      - Terrible onboarding process - Low employee moral due to poor management - Disciplined over matters that most employers wouldn't - Can't make any decisions and I literally mean any decisions without management approval. (Even the toppings on pizza for monthly lunch and learns)

      Pros

      Company has great benefits. Vacation starts off at 3 weeks is pretty good. Lots of friendly people and a potentially good work environment. Provided you don't report to certain individuals.

      Cons

      Stay away from the accounting and finance team. No growth and there are supervisors who should not be supervisors.
