      Pros

      Interesting work. Never felt left alone even though I was the only employee of my company at the hospital. Plenty of support with equipment/people. Floating supervisors willing to come by and help with any problems.

      Cons

      Can be a little too much down time/busy work. Have to adapt to the surgical environment quickly. Work environment depends on the hospital you are hired for. (Differs for each)

      Pros

      You will be paid well and most people at this company are friendly and generally easy to work with. Three weeks of vacation upon hire and increases with tenure.

      Cons

      Growth at this company is limited. Do not expect to move up within the ranks quickly. Even if you are a stand out performer, the company has a very narrow corporate structure without much room for expansion. Management positions are rarely created and mainly become available when the position is vacated.
