      Cons

      Bullying and abuse is tolerated and ignored. Reported to HR many times over the years and no resolution. HR turns their head and does not create a safe place for employees to come and discuss their issues.

      Salary is competitive. Yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Goals are set for employees that are unachievable , causing a sense of frustration and failure among those who are trying to meet those goals. Too much focus is put on overtime to make up for those poorly managed decisions. Unhappy enviroment with little respect for the lower payed employees with an abusive feel.
