Good place to learn tasks and responsibilities of multiple departments. There are opportunities to get involved in different areas and new projects. If interested in the Medical Industry, this is a good place to start a career. Good team members. Salaries are lower of what offered for same position elsewhere; however, it can be justified as an opportunity to learn and grow your career. Good Education opportunities. Great place for a career kick-off.

Very fast paced environment and extremely busy. Lack of employee recognition or appreciation. No growing opportunities. Big gap between employees and Management, there is not open communication type of culture, employees are not informed of the course the Company is taking. Employee's opinions are not heard.
