      - Pay is good - Benefits are just ok. Par with other employers

      Cons

      - The current restructuring effort has been managed very badly and a lot of talent has smelled the leak and left ship. - Management communicates ineffectively and does not provide leadership or proper guidance, exacerbated by the confusion during the reorg - RTO mandate - Not much internal promotion opportunities - US business is not doing well financially, losing money
