The freedom to work at your own pace in a goal driven environment is something I really appreciate, the instructions and goals are clear and the team is always helpful and eager to make you grow with them

Cons

due to the freedom you may have while working with software applications developing your own solutions sometimes the communication is not as strong in another areas but is still easy to work, i would take it as something really negative but can improve

1. Supply chain instability causing alot of discrepancy on ground with customers 2. The scope of growth after a span of 5 years isn't extremely exciting as the product portfolio is diversified and territory is fixed. 3. Being a lean organization-the communication has to be more streamlined and transparent. 4. Need to work on India has a bigger market and take out better strategies to work on local vendors-marketing has to be well targeted to generate sales
