      Great benefits with above average vacation time. Friendly coworkers. Commonly holds events to give back to community. Company works hard to try and maintain life/work balance whenever possible.

      Cons

      Some silo effects going on between company departments. No clear direction on career path in many cases can make growing with company difficult. Changes are occurring to try and drive company goals through the company, but this will take time
