      Pros

      Great KSEA management that cares about the employees and doing the right thing. Excellent products/reputation in the medical device industry. DEI is a focal point of the company DNA and working towards being an employer of choice.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes upper management at KSEA a while to make decisions. Other U.S subsidiaries (KSE/KSI) don't interact much with KSEA the larger US company. German management doesn't understand the US market but they try to exert more influence over US decisions without depth of knowledge of US business.
