Pros

Good benefits. Old school company behind in the times

Cons

Old boys club, few women leadership positions and no support for women looking to advance. Women can be administrators, marketing and HR. Sales reps? Outside field employees, thats for the men. Very manager heavy with very poor quality managers at the top. Poor overall corporate communication and continuity.

Pros

Fruit days, met some great friends during my time there.

Cons

No Promotions unless you fit a certain demographic. Lots of racial biases in this team. This was brought up to HR but instead of investigating and doing something about it, seems like the company just pushes people out of the company. There is lots of turnover in this team. Once you have an opinion and if it doesnt match upper management then you wont move up. They may present you with a nice offer, but it is NOT worth it! You will become a negative person. You realize this within 3 months of working there.

Pros

Possible 4 day work week Great product idea that is dying fast Great engineers from good schools almost all who joined as fresh grad

Cons

Engineer has no voice to supervisor domination Too much control from mother ship in Germany, supervisors cannot be reviewed by the team they oversee, so they tend to be very hostile and condescending and still get away Human resources has no power Yes men with zero management experience and bad people skills and communication are given preference so that they inturn are yes-men to their boses Extreme micromanagement. This is not true for all groups. But if you are unlucky you can land in a very tough spot.
