The onboarding and developmental training is exceptional. Management is certainly making an effort to ensure each employees success by providing you with online training and one on one guidance and support.

Cons

Not a true con but at times the partners you work with can be demanding or require additional assistance. As a new employee, this can be overwhelming since you are still learning. Just be patient and seek assistance whenever you can.
