      Pros

      Excellent compensation package, along with AWESOME leadership made KBE a GREAT place to work! The owners play an active role as it pertains to operations. That along with a great support staff makes the company run like a well oiled machine!

      Cons

      There could always be more money as with any other company. I don't recall any "CONS" to working at KBE.

      KBE is everything I was hoping for as a Construction Management student entering the work force.

      Pros

      Great management team, every employee gets treated like family and as a young professional they really give you your chances to shine and take on your own projects. KBE really takes care of their employees and they do not hold back from complimenting you. There is a perfect mix of age groups in the company from college graduates to the old timers who know the industry inside and out.

      Cons

      I can use a couple more KBE shirts and it would be great to make the summer outing and other events on the weekend.

      Good Company. Works hard to do it the right way. Good people that are fun to work with but you learn while working.

      Cons

      For the Salry they pay, they expect way too much. They want to own you.
