Pros

-Atmosphere is relaxed, you don's see stressed people in the office. -You get involved in big Oil&Gas projects with important clients. -Very helpful co-workers

Cons

-Limited options for career progression. Once you are in a technical role it seems like you will be at the same role forever. -Office location - there is nothing around, quite far from Central London
