      Nothing extraordinary going on here.

      Cons

      Until five years ago KBR had senior managers who would mentor and grow their subordinate managers and employees. Now the company's senior management is disconnected from their employees and tends to make irrational decisions.

      Great 401K, great culture, good benefits

      Cons

      No negotiated time off, start from 0 and must be accumulated, although there was an option to buy PTO during onboarding. It accumulates relatively quickly, but still... All other positives outweigh this one negative
