      Over worked people can be toxic!

      Pros

      If you have a good manager, you're lucky! Flexible, easy going management. Look after staff with food, entertainment.

      Cons

      Stop promoting over work and toxic project management practices. 24x7 slavery if you work for the wrong PM. Hard to move up. Senior management will try and act all macho but won't stand up for you.

      While lots of SOPs, you can still find freedom to get things done Lots of learning opportunities Supporting team players

      Cons

      You might stuck in a particular role for years, if you don't ask for career opportunities to grow. Being an employee in a NYSE-listed company, you are very likely a payroll number and cost number.
