Some quite experienced people. (My) Management wanted to retain top talented.

Cons

A lot. Finally they decided to back out from the EPC business completely, which has been foreseen since several yrs ago.

Pros

Good benefits, 401k plans. flexible work schedules - Retention of employees when business is slow. KBR U is an excellent source for career development

Cons

Management needs to be more open with employees with the current status of key projects. Most information comes from third part sources and other industry sources. Also KBR needs to be more competitive.
