Pros

Good policies including salary packaging and benefits within a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Opportunities to work across business units and gain skills and experience in different fields as demands change.

Cons

Working out of the office on client sites a large portion of the time. Sometimes difficult to access company services and benefits from client sites.
