      Pros

      i get paid Salary sacrafice is available good team

      Cons

      too many ridiulous policy documents, a process and a policy to use another policy. Inconsistent management decisions Pay inconsistency No career advancement opportunities in projects, especially if manager ignores your interest and continues to interview and hire outside KBR not giving current staff an option for change.

      Pros

      I worked for KBR in an Army contractor capacity for two years on two tours, one in Kuwait and another in Iraq. Everyone complained about the company all the time, but I didn't have a problem with my job. I just kept my head down, did my job, and left after a year with a big bank account.

      Cons

      There's the obvious bureaucracy problems, but you're going to have that any time you expand from nothing to tens of thousands of employees in a new theater within a few years. The only cons that I can think of were specific to that particular job, namely working in a war zone in the desert was not a fun place.
