It's an international company with great benefits. My manager was one of the best I've worked for and everyone is professional but friendly.

Cons

I wanted to find a job with them in NJ so I could transfer but couldn't find one.

Pros

I think just about every company out there will say that their employees are their most valuable resource. I think KBR actually does that. The people I work with are fantastic, and the company culture is outstanding. The low turnover rate of employees speaks volumes about the quality of the company.

Cons

Unfortunately, entry level jobs are hard to come by.
