Pros

Diverse work and no 2 days are the same. Good leadership support and great work life balance. Constant change in clients and processes, if you work well under pressure and with constant change its the company for you.

Cons

Learning and development opportunities limited. Communications can be poor due to constant change.

Pros

Good levels of pay and great individuals supporting growth and development.

Cons

Poor culture and little focus on the values of the company in day to day delivery. No links back to HQ from satellite offices and very isolated as an individual. Recent redundancy talks were managed very poorly.

Pros

Previous managers were great. Employee price matching 401k. Level 1 technicians will be trained to perform higher level tasks.

Cons

New manager is lazy and actively tried to make people quit. If you don't quit, he'll lie to HR and try to get them to fire you. I've seen and heard him stand and talk to other employees about an employee he's targeting. They just stand and talk for an hour straight. He did this to multiple people over the course of 9 months.
