      Good Work life balance, and culture.

      No growth, no increments, management is like no idea where to spend money and just want to be a fam in linked social media.

      Was not a great experience

      Pros

      Had a good team and some HR staff were good to work with.

      Cons

      Quite disconnected from the top. Toxic staff were cautioned but ultimately retained with bad behaviours continuing. Stingy with promotions and salary increases even when performance was highly rated.
