      Pros

      good location from home makes it an easy commute

      Cons

      Management members are not equipped to be managers. No management training of any kind it seems. They talk angrily to their employees and ridicule and blame them for things out of their control in front of others, then when they realize what they have done they apologize in private so no one will know they were wrong for their outbursts.

      A great place for client experience

      As an engineer/technical role KBR offers great opportunities for working directly with customers.

      Client environment might be difficult to adapt with in some industries

      Pros

      Decent benefits, PTO, agile work schedule, fair pay.

      Cons

      No loyalty, no monthly performance assessments, poor IT group, complete silo within Operations. Current lawsuit (alleged securities fraud) with the US Government has lead toward an active spin-off of that portion of the business. Un-honored commitments, Townhall meetings exist with unfulfilled promises, and a vision that does not align with goals. Human Resources department is a complete failure. No compassion for employees, and no path forward environment. When work is slow, employees are told to "just dig in and look for work".
