      Pros

      - the health insurance coverage is slightly better than Obamacare, new dining facilities that rival the nearby elementary school, air conditioning, heating, bathrooms with automated paper towel dispensers, elevators work most of the time, 401k - company matches up to 5%, the management company for the KBR tower downtown sometimes offers ice cream social / tenant appreciation events, easy access to the tunnels, 9/80 schedule, AED / CPR classes are free, free tap water

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement, extremely poor compensation, employee satisfaction is at an all time low, HR department is pretty incompetent and unprofessional, No CEO, poor communication on all levels, poor job security, little to no direction from management, no training program for new hires, company morale recently hit rock bottom, no Christmas / End of Year bonus. Seriously... no bonuses for non execs...ever.
